NANATI BADUKU - ORIGINAL FUSION

Hi Friends… :)

This is a very special Krithi written and composed by the great Sri Annamacharya… This song is all about life… It speaks about life being a drama and we being the actors on the scene. But whatever we say or do in life, at the end of it all, time reminds us of the ultimate goal, liberation to reach god… Such a wonderful concept, written by the messenger of God himself, Sri Annamacharya.

This song has been composed in one of my favorite raagams, Revathi… Such a beautiful raagam this. To add more life to the already beautiful song, Guru has done a Brillaint job with his background score. To top it all, superb mixing by our very own Babuettan at his Studio Mysterious Sounds Digital.

So here we go with our humble attempt at this great krithi. I dedicate this song to the great singer Smt. M.S. Subbulakshmi who is very famous for singing this Krithi and by far the best singer of this song. Though we have deviated from the actual rules, I hope we have done our best to retain the divinity of the song…

Hope you all like this.

Original Fusion - Shrungapuradheeshwari Sharadhe

Hi Friends… :)

Here I am back with an original fusion work of mine with my dear friend Guru Praveen, who is currently working as an assistant Music Director in the Kannada Film Industry, currently working with Music Director Sri Ganesh…

Praveen has been a good friend of mine for 7 years now… He is an amazing composer and musician… This is a superb piece of work by him… He wanted me to do this fusion in a different manner… Wanted me to give this a soft touch, with classical sangathis sung in a light manner… This was a great experience for me, as it has been ages since I have sung Carnatic Classical… It was a great experience doing this once again!

I must once again thank our dear Babuettan for this wonderful mix… Now there is also something special about this mix… This has been done at his newly setup studio! This song marks the inauguration of his studio… For more details on this please refer his page.

Hope you all like this humble effort of ours…

Ninavil Thedumaare... My Composition

Hi Friends…. :)

This is a song I composed after a very long time.. :) Felt really good inside, when I finished composing this one.. Approached Eshwar Ravishankar for the orchestration and he was more than happy to work on this with me! Thanks so much bro!

When my dear friend Rahul Soman heard the tune, he instantly agreed to write the lyrics.. Once this was done, I felt it needed to be sung really well, in order to be able to actually communicate the feel of the song to the listener. Could not think of a better singer than my dear friend Unnikrishnan KB... He has rended this one really well!!
